"Friendly staff, but poor cleanliness and housekeeping service made my stay disappointing."

The location is perfect 👌 full of service

I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. There was a cigarette burn mark on the sofa, and the bed was not changed despite my request. The mattress was uncomfortable and needed to be replaced. Housekeeping service was very poor; they only came once on the second day of my 13-day stay. I had to take out the trash myself, and even after multiple requests for cleaning, no one showed up, claiming they were busy. The staff was friendly, but they often ignored requests.
