The conditions of the bathroom and bedroom were terrible. Would not reccomend to the next person.

The fact that the property was not well maintained or hygienic. Facilities are dilapidated

Staff need to be more friendly and communicative; 2 The reception should not be used as a sleeping area for the person on night duty i makes it very awkward when clients come The sofa in room 20 is very old, uncomfortable and needs to be replaced A new mattress will improve comfort and experience

The location and the people were friendly.

Room 21 is not suitable for accommodation.

Nothing the place is very dirty and unsafe

The staff is unfriendly, and the room , bed linen, and bathroom is dirty and unhygienic

It was quiet after hours not too much movement.

The toilet needs to be renovated, there was a hole in the bathtub and there was big cockroaches coming out. the TV didnt work or maybe they gave me a wrong remote. the room had a broken cupboard that needs fixing.
