En arrivant sur place, nous prenons contact part téléphone( en arabe ) le mec nous dit qu'il ne loue plus son appartement sur booking.com! Alors que nous avions déjà payer et reçu la confirmation. Donc pas d' appartement, nous avons du nous débrouiller sur place pour en trouver un autre. ATTENTION A L'ARNAQUE MÊME SUR BOOKING.COM

"Ne pas prendre, même pour dépanner. Rien ne va"

La prise en charge était pas ouf, il me guide sans être là avec un autre monsieur qui me fait signe. C’est au 3 eme étage. Pas de clim ni de ventilateur. Le lit est cassé et grince. Il y a 4 couchage et pas 5. Les canapés sentent le pipi de chats (chats qui entrent par la fenêtre). Pas de vraie douche. Pas de papiers toilette. Pas de serviettes. Quelqu’un est entré pour débranché le frigo durant notre absence. C’est pas insonorisé et nous sommes réveillés par le bruit des mouettes tôt le matin. La poignée de la porte d’entrée s’est cassée…
