Kronenhoff Guesthouse

Big beautiful room and bathroom. All the staff very friendly. But the guesthouse is on a very busy, noisy road. We had room 1, near the road and next to the restaurant and terras, this was noisy in the morning. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

Almost everything was fine. Only the rainshower I didnot like. There was no normal shower to wash your hair properly. And not getting your hair wet under a rain shower is almost impossible. The 2nd thing I didnot like was the busy road in front of the guesthouse and our room was next to the restaurant and terras. But the room itself was perfect.

All the facilities are good, and they even have a pool area. The location is probably the best in town, and is suitably isolated from main shopping area. Good for stopping over to visit local attractions such as Addo Elephant park, or the Cheetah project. Helpful cheery staff.

The guesthouse exceeded our expectations, the staff was very accomodating and welcoming, food was excellent as well. We had a great time and can warnly recommend a stay at this guesthouse. Thank you!
