Excellent place, absolutely beautiful, Neat, excellent customer service. The owner was awesome.

Everything was excellent.

The room was clean and super comfortable. And the food good. We absolutely loved the pool and pool house area.

The restaurant staff didn't seem to be properly trained or were currently in training with no proper guidance. This led to the service being a bit all over the place.

Functional, clean, spacious, restaurant good, staff attentive, and welcoming.

Shower needs to have mould removed.

Internet war nicht so gut. Man musste sich immer wieder neu einloggen.

Wir hatten einen super großes Zimmer mit super gemütlicher Ausstattung und großem Bad. Es war einfach nur großartig. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war super.

Rooms and breakfast

My experience at the property was generally good; however, I was disappointed with the service from staff. When I returned to my room, the top part of my charger was missing from the plug. When I enquired about it, the housekeeping lady insisted there was no charger, as though I was mistaken. I am certain it was there when I left in the morning — there was a power outage from 06:00 to 18:00, and I left it plugged in intentionally since I wouldn’t be using it. This was the only aspect of my stay that I was unhappy with.
