Хорошая чистая квартира. Хозяин оперативно решает проблемы. С парковкой проблематично, во дворе мест нет, можно припарковать на улице но на ней тоже не всегда есть места, мы парковали на подземном паркинге недалеко от ботанического парка. Довольно близко к центру города
