Clean, well organized, staff was always available and friendly — the very definition of hospitality

Street parking was available right in front of the property but sometimes it felt tight — the street is not well transited, but if there is a traffic jam parking will be very difficult

I didn't like that Booking. Com charged $250 that didn't had nothing to do with the hosting 😕 I would like to get my money back?

The place was centrally located very near the plaza and the theatre (which was the reason for us being there). There were many eating places within walking distance. A small fridge, coffemaker and a pitcher with filtered water were provided, along with tea bags, coffee, 4 cans of soda and some sweets. The room was spotlessly clean. Just be aware that there is a staircase to go to the second floor where most of the rooms are. We enyoyed our stay there.

The room was big and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We always had parking. It is close to everything. Highly recommend.

Cici and her partner were really friendly. Once we knew where to go (we messaged the hosts to find the location) it was easy to speak to them as they were just opposite our apartment. Cici brought us cookies in the morning and offered us tea. She went out of her way to be really hostly. The beer and sodas in the fridge were a nice touch too.

Location, we stayed overnight to attend a Christmas festival in the plaza. Also safe area. A lot of extras for the price. Nice person attending the service

Door that connects apartments should be sealed to minimize noise. Looks like work in progress, still needs more furniture etc…

The owner Sisie is an extreme perfectionist and pays attention to every single detail. The rooms and the common areas are being cleaned every single day and your fridge is being refurnished every single day. Sisie pays attention to every single detail, from greeting you personally and showing you to your room. She treats you like family, and makes her personal priority, to make her guests comfortable, and at a great peace. When I say she pays attention to the details, that's what I mean. For instance she will provide the guests with toiletries such as : man shaving razors, Q-tips, dental floss, free soft drinks, water and even beer. Every room has a fridge full with all the above items. She also gets you ice bucket if needed. Every room is a sanctuary in all the sense of the word, the building of the property it has typical Mayagüez Architecture from the beginning of the city. Is for this reason that it makes the experience of your stay a fantastic one. That's how I felt. In addition Sisie has come across as a result of her impeccable taste, with an unmatched perfect decoration of your room, which just helps you to surrender and relax in room environment created by a perfect decoration including: fabulous paintings on their own frames, and colors on the walls that pleases the guest vision and senses. Sisie has made her of Trademark as the 🍍 pineapple. Very well defined it just gives another way of relaxing the guests. Pineapple was one of the biggest agricultural products from this great Island, second only to the sugar cane. Therefore remembers the days of glory of the Island. By all means this hotel is by far the Best in the entire Island. Because of my career I had traveled to different places around the world, California, Texas, Seattle, NY, Boston, Miami, Bahamas, Central America, South America, Europe and Africa. And I never have seen a Hotel where you are treated like you are treated at Pineapple Hospitality... Like Royalty.
