Příjemný komunikativní majitel, tichý dům, blízko do centra, restaurací i nákupy.

Jediné co trošku ruší jsou ranní tramvaje, které jsou při otevřených oknech slyšet v ranním tichu. Problém se týká jen těch, co jsou jako my bydlí v opravdu tiché městské lokalitě. Výměnu kolejí asi majitel neovlivní:-)
