Résidence UltraMarine

Beautiful flat, good enough view with lots of flowers and some views on the ocean. There is sufficient closet space for a longer stay. Bathroom is nice although having wood around the sink may not be the smartest. Washing machine and dishwasher were useful. Lovely lounger area outside. The beach nearby is great and ~3-5’ away by foot (no access from the property) with some restaurants on the beachfront. Responsiveness of the owner was really good and very polite interactions.

Only 5 parking spots. I’m not sure how many flats there are but we were on a tight schedule for a wedding and sometimes had to park further away which was inconvenient and not specifically expected. Bear in mind that Boucant Canot is a popular area and gets busy. The sliding windows don’t lock. I felt like it was a safe enough neighbourhood but my partner didn’t feel comfortable about this. There wasn’t enough toilet paper for a week+, no washing machine liquid, shower soap etc. Items in the flat are very minimal. I didn’t like the ironing board either.

Nous avons adoré cet appartement. On s’y est senti tout de suite comme chez nous. Il était hyper fonctionnel. Le mobilier très bien pensé. La terrasse est le must de ce logement.

Les places de parking insuffisantes dans la résidence, mais trouver une place dehors n’était pas si compliqué.

L'emplacement, les équipements, le lit.

Le manque d’isolation du logement complique le sommeil et rend l’usage de la terrasse désagréable à cause du bruit important de la route. Pas de volet donc réveil matinal obligé !
