"Exceptional"

Нас было 5 взрослых и 3 детей и мы смогли спокойно всех разместить, всем было удобно, никто никому не мешал и хорошо что на такое количество человек есть два санузла! Кухня была укомплектована, было кофе, чай и сахар! Посуда и необходимая техника была! Все работало! Все было чисто! Есть небольшой балкон! Рядом круглосуточная автостоянка(платная)!

Мы приезжали в конце июля, была жара и ночью было очень душно спать, так как нет кондиционеров! Это минус!

La ubicació molt bona. Zona tranquila i molt a prop del transport públic amb un supermercat a 100m.

L'accés al parking en cas de tenir una berlina gran.

"Calidad/Precio más que aceptable."

El apartamento está muy bien equipado para varias personas y muy bien comunicado con el centro de Oporto. Transporte público al lado y en uber/taxi se tarda poco y a buen precio. Andando tambien se llega bien a oporto. Paulo fue muy amable en todo momento, nos ayudo indicandonos par acceder al parking de edificio. El supermercado Lidel está muy cerca.

Como es normal en este tipo de apartamentos que usa mucha gente, hay muchas cosas que estan desgastadas y quizás requieran de más mantenimiento (sillas, persianas, juntas duchas..). Se agradece el aparcamiento (complicado aparcar por el barrio a no ser que metas el coche en parking) aunque el acceso es pequeño, nosotros tenemos un Cupra formentor y entro bien con cuidado pero coches muy bajos o muy grandes no pueden acceder.

"Nice place to stay and getting to know Porto."

Paulo shown us everything. Even he was a little bit late on our arrival the communication was OK. Place close to city center and wine cellars. Garage for a parking.

Too soft a mattress for me.

"Nice flat but not great location"

It was spacious and clean with two toilets . It was near an Aldi supermarket

There wasn’t much soundproofing between the other flats and you could hear them having a shower or drying their hair or hoovering. It was hard to park . We got a parking ticket each day we were there . The garage was too small for our car and the parking was limited time stay . Also quite far from the centre though we used the bus
