Hyvä sijainti, lähellä nähtävyyksiä. Siisti. Omistajilla kivat koirat ja ihana sisällä oleva puutarha.

Huoneisto oli kaksikerroksinen, ylimmässä kerroksessa oleviin makuuhuoneisiin johti tosi kiikkerät portaat. Portaita oli pelottava nousta.
