Locatie

Slechte service, niet ervaren hotel personeel. Misverstanden en sauna en hottub die niet werkte. Geen schoon zwembad.

Superba locatie cu peisaj minunat, aer curat si oaza de liniste , deosebit de relaxant pt cei care vor sa iasa din grijile cotidiene pt 1 ,2 zile. Pensiunea este deosebit de curata ( felicitari) , foarte frumos decorata atat in exterior cat si interiorul , camerele te invita cu un miros placut, curat, iar paturile super confortabile. Mancarea ( dejun, pranz, cina ) foarte gustoasa si frumos prezentată, iar papanasii au fost pregatiti la perfectie, cei mai buni papanasi de departe din toate locatiile pitoresti pe care le-am vizitat in zona Moldovei. Piscina cu sezlonguri a contribuit in mod deosebit la relaxarea de dupa amiaza.

Am fost profund dezamagita de faptul ca sauna si ciubarul( jacuzzi) nu au fost deschise in weekend ul in care am fost cazata ( 18-20 iulie) si pt că nu s-au putut desfasura activitati de calarie asa cum se mentioneaza de altfel in descrierea pensiunii, acestea doua contribuind decisiv in alegerea cazarii. Cred ca ar fi fost de bun augur sa fi fost specificate aceste inconveniente inainte de a efectua plata online. Meniul incomplet - multe feluri din meniu nu erau disponibile Petrecere cu muzica la maxim dupa orele 22 pana la 1 jum dimineata intr-una din nopti a unor oaspeti , ce a deranjat ( scurtat) odihna atat a mea cat si altor oaspeti cu copii mici. Am plecat din pacate cu dureri de cap si f obosita. In regulamentul pensiunii se mentioneaza liniste dupa orele 22 insa f trist ca nu s-a respectat.
