Far is an exceptional host, love that guy! He was a big part of making the stay and my time in Tanzania memorable. This is the place I’ll stay when I visit Tanzania again. I felt super safe, and well looked after. The food was delicious, and I got to try Tanzanian food. The property was lovely, super clean, great outdoor area. Far organised a barbecue (it was excellent!). Learned so much about Tanzania from him and his friends. Can’t recommend staying with Far enough. I had an incredible time! 11/10.

Far was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. He helped us carry our bags to our rooms and took the time to show us around the property, immediately making us feel at home. After a long day of travel, we were too tired to go into town for dinner, so Far kindly prepared a delicious meal for us instead. The room we stayed in was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The living room was especially lovely—Far had all of the furniture custom made, which really reflected the care and intention he put into creating such a warm and inviting space. I was in Tanzania filming a documentary, and Far generously allowed me to use the living room as one of our interview backdrops. He kept our team stocked with fresh juices and snacks throughout filming and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He even offered to help track down additional camera gear in town if we needed it. Each morning, breakfast in the yard and coffee on the front porch became a highlight of our stay. Far goes far beyond what you’d expect from a typical host. I can’t recommend staying at his guesthouse enough. If I’m ever back in Tanzania, I will absolutely stay here again.

Far has created an oasis of beauty and serenity in his home. Tasteful decor, quality linens and ultra clean. The Soweto area is lovely. Do yourself a favor and enjoy this special home.

What a wonderful, peaceful stay at Good time with Far. It was perfect from start to finish. Far immediately reached out to me to make sure that everything would be in order for my arrival owing to the last minute booking. Far also took the time and effort to check in with me that I was safe and ok when I was coming back late from work. Far and everyone at the House was warm, friendly, and kind while being discreet, and giving space. Thank you everyone!
