"Great location and ownership"

The location was convenient next to SM market. The staff and security guards were welcoming and nice. The owner was responsive and helpful with any questions or requests. Also, I was very pleased the owner allowed my guests to stay prior despite my payment not going through for some reason. I was glad to finally resolve payment upon my arrival. Nowhere in the US would probably allow anyone without payment. I really appreciated their trust in me and their home for my stay.

Property is in a very safe, gated community. Employees/ securities were super friendly. Convenient location, right behind SM Sucat. Host is super communicable and very easily reached.

Nothing that I didn’t like about this property.
