Location and garden was nice.

The room smelled musty, there was only shower gel, no soap for hands but the ad stated it would come with toiletries and no one was there to assist. I had to email the property owner to call me when I got outside because there were no instructions on how to get onto the property and the keys were just in the door. No reception.

No TV

The kitchen facilities & dining rm facilties. The garden,

The very compact rm, shower etc facilities. Very drab, needs upgrading. Missing tiles in the shower. No place to put your travel bags had to step over it to get to shower..No TV no toaster in kitchen either.

The room had everything I needed with a fridge, tea station and microwave. The bed was also comfortable and the area was nice to walk around in. I liked the garden and also the hosts were very helpful.

There was some noise from the main house in terms of hearing people going up and down stairs a lot. The room was also not serviced even though I stayed five nights.

I understand that checkout is at 10.00hrs, however, it was very unpleasant to sit on the verandah for 2 hours with my luggage whilst waiting for my transport to arrive. The least I would have expected is the courtesy, understanding, and flexibility to be able to sit in the room before staff started cleaning.
