It was run down a completely different name on the sign smell like dog poop out front and an ashtray in the lobby.

I liked the overall value of the apartment. I intend to continue to stay here.

I didn't like the water issue. The apartment has damage to the carpet, the couch, and the bathroom sink. The apartment was never cleaned and I never received fresh towels.
