Smell TV didn't work. Very dirty and marijuana smell in the halls. There was also an evacuation notice on the front door.

There was a notice to vacate sign on the front door and everything was disgusting

The property was disgusting. There was menstrual blood on the comforter and the bed sheets. Looks like the facility was never cleaned and it also had an old vacate order and drinking water violation.

A picture that was poorly hung on the wall fell on my head and the glass shattered. The host was very attentive in helping me after the painting fell on my head.

Good location.

Property not kept up. Toilet or shower leaking and carpet in hallway is soaked with water. Never get fixed. Tell the manager and he doesn’t care. The township inspector went thru and Red Tagged it. Sign says to vacate but manager will not tell us why.. It’s getting worse all the time. It’s shame because the family who had it before really took care of it.

Some outlets in room don’t work. The property manager doesn’t speak or understand English to well. Uses his phone to translate. The property needs work done to it. Microwave is dirty on inside like that when I got here. Trash under bathroom cupboard that’s not mine. Cars that are parked here either don’t run or out of inspection. Anew 1 appeared and looks like a smash up derby car. Over grown bushes and broken back door.
