after the tiredness we had we fell asleep, his facilities were good

my worst experience. I waited with my family for 1 hour and 10 minutes in the cold -4 C and a drunk lady couldn't tell us which is the door and which is the apartment code. she sounded dazed and didn't know what she was saying. After I accidentally opened a door there were stains on the covers and a brush full of hair on the floor.
