The lady was fake nice in the beginning

The lady literally didnt follow up on my reason for Leaving a day after check-in. I told her there was no water, zero amenities in the room i was given. No apologies, nothing. She just said to me "okay". Her name is Dineo. Nothing worked here. The tv remote, etc was horrible. Then lastly, its next to a tavern so you will definitely be awake till 4am. Not a peaceful place at all.

During booking they said breakfast but during explanation there were nothing like that

They should be accountable to anything that happened to thier facility. On the 15 there was no electricity and no one said anything we just check out
