"BAD PLACE TO ACCOMMODATE PEOPLE"

Nothing

Everything. Rooms not ready when we arrived, some rooms that we booked not equipped with kettle, fridge and hot water. Only 1 room has a stove and it was already occupied. Everything was a mess. Take it out of Booking.com, not worth it. Imagine driving 7 hrs to get there and nothing was ready, still looking for our booking. Not to be recommended to anyone.

It's practical for the area. Nothing exceptional, just basic. My room was kept clean and fresh at all times.

There was no air freshener in the bathroom.

I drove such a long way all the way from Pretoria to my destination. I really do not understand how this place possibly could’ve gotten such a good review on your profile. When I got there the place was not even AWARE of my booking and had to just GIVE ME THE LAST ROOM. On my request - I asked for a shower and an aircon due to medical conditions - I am not allowed to sit in a bath. The last room did not have a shower - obviously. I had to sit and wait for so long just to get a room which didn’t have towels. I sent a Whatsapp to the owner explaining why I was not happy - they said they will fix it - nothing was fixed. When I checked out - they said they actually charge R400 - so I paid ALL THAT MONEY EXTRA FOR WHAT. I am highly upset. I also work in the hospitality industry- and I know that this is not acceptable! I want my refund or a credit on booking.com that I can use at another place because one thing is for sure and that is that they won’t be seeing me again. If I could’ve rated this place a zero - I would’ve. The place also definitely doesn’t look like in the pictures AT ALL!!!!!
