De buurt gaf geen veilig gevoel en het gehele complex was in slechte staat van onderhoud. Er liepen 2 kakkerlakken in huis en ook was de wasmachine defect (hendel voor open en sluiten ontbrak). Kortom erg tegen gevallen. Ook lag het appartement op 4 hoog en alle trapleuningen zaten los.

Apartamentul care era renovat de ceva vreme,liniste,aproape de centru.
_ utilitățile din chichineata _ multe echipamente defecte _ lipsa parcare un dezavantaj major _ multe echipamente de la ferestre uzate (rupte) _ recomandare : atenție pe ce puneți mâna în apartament in special la geamuri că rămâneți cu ele in mana. _

"Totul frumos,cu aspect placut si curat."

Curatenia,mobilat cu bun gust.
Singurele lucruri puțin neplăcute au fost mirosul permanent neplăcut din baie,țânțarii(plasele la geam sunt defecte),și cablurile de incarcat telefoanele puse la dispoziție,dar nu încărcau.

Poziționare excelentă .Magazine aproape , puncte turistice în apropiere, terase, restaurante . Persoana care administrează proprietatea promptă și de ajutor .
Ușa de la terasă din bucătărie (prea mica în înălțime) am dat de 3 ori cu capul în tocul ușii :) . Era bine dacă mai era un prosop în plus .
