Logement idéalement situé dans le centre historique et tout est à moins de 5 minutes en terme de visites .. Le logement est grand et la piscine agréable et indispensable vu la chaleur à Marrakech

I loved the location. Quiet but close to all the action

The air conditioners were not properly working or working at all. In 115 degree weather in August it was definitely an inconvenience. Took a while for them to fix everything up and gave us another apartment in the meantime.

Excellent location, lovely room, great value

A great location. Very friendly staff. Pool is lovely. Good breakfast.

The water in the sink and shower only drained very slowly. The shower doors were broken. The light above the bed was broken. These faults were reported but nothing was done about them.

From the negative reviews that I read, I was a little apprehensive in booking this hotel, but we only had a very positive experience. Well done staff members. Its location, 3minutes walk to Jemaa el Fnaa square. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Abdelkebir and Chayma who had breakfast organised each morning on the rooftop from 8.30 to 10.30 and 8am on the day we were leaving for the airport. Chayma also printed our boarding cards. Thank you both. There was an issue with TV and AC/heater that was rectified immediately. For a very busy souke street, it was extremely quiet at night and until 8.30 approx in the morning. The bedroom had double glazed windows that led to quietness. Very spacious rooms with living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Sufficient dishes and cutlery provided. Towels and bed changed weekly.

There was no AC/heater in the living room overlooking the street which never gets the sun and was cold in late evening. Also, no double glazed window in living room which means much more noise could be heard. No kettle or toaster.

The location was amazing , very very safe to go out at night, the staff was very friendly

Read reviews and was a little concerned but can honestly say apart from Air con in bedroom was really happy , staff brilliant , location fantastic
