主人的服務態度很棒. 有電梯可以上下樓不用爬樓梯, 樓下客廳有飲水機可以裝水. 房間超級大很乾淨, 而且電視已經有各個串流平台可以使用, 還提供 Dyson 出風機跟膠囊式咖啡機. 浴室水壓也很強. 對比這個價格實在是太厲害了, 下次來花蓮一定還會選這間.

Mollie the receptionist made me feel very welcome right away. She recommended a restaurant to me that turned out to be the best Chicago style pizza I've had in Asia. Also, the shower had nice hot water.

I like the welcoming of the owner's mother, the confortable beds and the good wifi connection.

The walls are so thin, some travellers speak loud at any time of the night (between 3-5 am) and it is disturbing.
