Amazing location and accomodation

We booked the panorama dome. The fireplace in the tent quickly heated our tent, making it pleasant and cozy. It had a thermostat and fed the fire with pellet automatically. The bed was comfortable.

We booked the panorama dome. There was a coffee machine in the tent, but no coffee. There was a water boiler, but no tea bags. There is a gap between the bed and the tent. The pillows often fell in such gap, and every time they were filed with dust. The most annoying thing was the shower. You have to charge the card with credits, so you pay per each minute that you’re showering with hot water. What the f…? We were told our card was loaded with 5 minutes per person per night. That was not true. When we thought it couldn’t get worse, we found out that you can only top up the credits with coins. Yup, coins. Who has coins these days? I barely have cash. The reception is only open for one hour each day in the morning (at least during winter), so we could not even go change some cash or get some coins. The main building was closed, so we had to walk to the further one. These cheap owners were even saving on the electricity, so only one light was on, de facto making only one (and a half?) WC available. From the panorama tents, we had to walk through the grass/mud to get to the toilets and showers. We came back with no electricity in the evening, which is of course a problem given the winter temperatures. Although the staff seemed to live in a building at the camping, the employee on the phone told us to literally walk on the grass to open the electrical panel and check it ourselves. It was raining, so we had to walk on the mud. What kind of customer service is this? Check-out is at 10 AM. We thought we were going glamping, but it was glamping only when looking at the price.

Leaving and the lady from housekeeping, she is so nice.

Dirty. No animals around as I expected. Had to clean by myself. The lady of housekeeping was very nice tho. The guy from reception was not. The door didn't close properly and we didn't notice so we spent the night freezing and got a cold.
