DESehr gute Lage
Anders als angegeben verfügte das Apartment über keine funktionierende Heizung. Die Wohnung war kalt und als Ausgleich erhielten wir kleine Heizlüfter, die das Problem nicht lösten. Nach einem Apartmentwechsel bei dem man uns versicherte, dass die Heizung hier funktioniere, war ebenfalls die Heizung defekt. Wir fühlten uns nicht ernstgenommen. Zwar erhielten wir ausgleichend einen Abendsnack und ein Frühstück , doch bis jetzt lässt sich das Hotel auf keine finanziellen Erstattung ein, obwohl uns dies bei der Abreise mündlich zugesichert wurde. Keine Empfehlung für die kalten Monate.
