Jhezzstuffs staycation

We had a pleasant stay for a week. The place is clean, the host attentive and had all the amenities we needed.

They're building a new tower next door but they hardly made any noise during our stay

The Staff are courteous and always ready to lend a hand, as well as the owner of the unit very accommodating with our request.

What I like the most is how the host, Ma'am Jhezz, was so accommodating and warm. And these are evident in how the units were prepared when we arrived. Then, the location, which is very accessible and close to interesting places to visit in Iloilo. Also, the staff at The Palladium as so nice and friendly.

It's nothing major. I'm just a hot-shower-kind-of-person, so I always prefer hot showers. I find the shower in our unit not hot enough. But then again, it's just a minor thing

The place was clean with good Aircon in multiple areas to keep the living space comfortable. The host gave us all the information we required for our stay when we arrived, which all led to a lovely stay. Gym and pool facilities were good.

The condo is near Festive Walk Mall. 5-10mins away from SM city. The condo staff were very nice. The check in process was smooth. The parking is perfect to what we need.

The location was great as it was accessible to Festive Walk, K Town, various other eateries, different public transport and near Iloilo City Centre

I’ve been traveling for last year three or four different countries every year. This was the best place and the best experience I ever had. She is wonderful thank you.

The apartment is clean and everything worked well. I like the location and the building staff are friendly. The condo owner was good at communicating the needed information.

The host was very nice. She always makes sure I am comfortable. She provides many amenities like coffee and drinking water.

I think even if the property was clean, comfortable, and in a good location, the price was still a bit expensive.
