"Sehr angenehm aber sehr hellhörig"

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer (allerdings für mind 3 Personen ausgelegt, wir waren zu zweit), großes Bad mit guter Dusche mit warmem Wasser.

Fenster konnte leider nicht geöffnet werden, zudem brannte vor dem Fenster die ganze Nacht ein Licht, welches auch auf Nachfrage leider nicht abgestellt wurde. Zimmer zudem extrem hellhörig.

Excelente servicio, personal muy amable, incluso tuvieron el gesto de mandarme un mensaje antes de llegar indicándome que había dificultades para el ingreso por trabajos de reparación de pista. El desayuno cumplió lo que se esperaba.

"Lejos de la plaza de Armas para tomar tours"

Las camas estaban súper cómodas y el personal del hotel es súper amable

El alojamiento es lejos de la plaza de armas (20 minutos caminando) y es allí donde te recogen y te dejan en los tours lo cual si llegas cansado es horrible. Las habitaciones son oscuras y la nuestra tenía un olor feo

Super hot shower all the time which is the most important thing for us. Staffs are helpful even I ask for dish washing liquid to wash my dirty clothes haha. They offer hot water and local tea bag in the lobby 24hrs. It’s a quiet and safe area and walking distance to some super good restaurants and center district. WiFi is good. Amazing volcano view on the rooftop restaurant:) you can see the sun set there and so as in the breakfast time

"Hotel para reforma"

El desayuno estaba OK. A 10 minutos caminando de la plaza de armas.

Habitación antigua con gotelé en el techo que parecían estalagmitas. Cama incómoda y baño en suite viejo con aspecto de “resobado”. Retoques de albañilería al gusto del paso de los años :)

Muy bonito el ambiente y super amables todo el personal.

La camas son muy duras y la avenida que daba al hotel estaban en mantenimiento.
