Nice but basic cabin, near to hotel which had good facilities. Very helpful staff. Great location and very pretty. Could drive right up to the cabin.

The cabin wasn't perfectly clean with a few bits left by previous guests. We had some issues with blocked pipes during our stay which were resolved and the staff were helpful in putting things right. There was no wardrobe and the drawers in the living room were broken. What shocked us most was the 220NOK per night for a cot, and then another 220NOK for a high chair which was not family friendly. Over 5 nights this added up to 20% of the cost of the whole cabin. The high chair was a basic Ikea one which would cost less to buy than the rental cost for 5 nights, so it felt like this was just taking advantage when you needed one.

Good location near the bobsled run and the adventure park. Very clean room, and had most of the amenities we needed. Very family friendly, and the kids enjoyed it.

I was really shocked that there were no curtains on the windows in the kitchen/living room. That meant I was regularly having breakfast or a late snack in my pyjamas with people fully able to see right into our room - also the shower/bathroom is right next to the kitchen/living room, so I had to bring clothes inside to change to not be seen naked. Also, the kitchen is really a very small kitchenette (although had everything) and there is no freezer only fridge.
