The staff there is very friendly

The tv in the room kept making funny sounds, the mini bar fridge wasn't working at all, there are no glasses, plates or any other utensils, even mere cutlery. There is a kettle in the room I don't know if it's for deco or what cause there are no coffee mugs or coffee sachets.
