"Quite and clean"

Staff/owner very helpful and provided excellent service. The unit is in Gueliz area, with an underground parking spot, close to the train station and about 15+20 mins walk to Jamaa Elfna, old medina and other attractions ( restaurants, shopping centres, public gardens...) Best of all, very quite even though it is close to train station and busy streets.

"Beautiful and brand new apartment but disappointing customer service experience"

The property is beautiful and brand new. It’s in a great location, especially if taking the train.

The property lacked some essential items like soap, dishwashing liquid, rubbish bags etc. We were also disappointed by our experience making an amendment to the booking. We accidentally booked for 1 person instead of 2. We advised the accomodation 3 days before our arrival of the error and on the day of the booking they stated we would have to pay double the price of the room for another person. We were surprised by this given there was only a 4 euro difference to book for two online, not 36 euro (we were only staying for one night). Despite charging us double we were only provided one towel and no bedding for the couch which is advertised as the second bed. When we messaged the host about this we got no response.

"Appartement near the train station"

the location was perfect for the train station. the appartement was modern and the host was very lovely

it wasn't very well equipped, there were very few things like soap, bin bags or batteries for remotes. we were also given one towel for the two of us. in the oven there was some bread left over from a previous client. some of the windows didn't have shutters, and the shower leaked
