"Lovely location"

Not sure what room we _were_ assigned, but we were grateful to be upgraded to a room (#6) which overlooks the ocean. Beautiful views of Lamberts Bay 🌊 The owner was super friendly & helpful on the phone to resolve an issue getting into our room.

Unfortunately the floors were very dirty, the couches badly stained/old, no hand soap in the bathroom, no kitchen dustbin (or maybe we just couldn't find it?). The key collection comms could be a bit better. Would like to give the benefit of the doubt, so perhaps as we were given a room upgrade on arrival, the room wasn't fully prepped for our arrival?
