Très bien situé à Kampala les appartements sont gérés par et en face du Sheraton hotel. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant et professionel. Les appartements sont propres , bien équipés pratiques et confortables. Très bonne experience.

"False advertisement by booking .com"

The place was mis-advertized. It said it came with a balcony that was not true. It said it came with a pool that was also a lie. The pool was not at constellation apartments it was at another nearby hotel (the Sheraton) a short taxi ride. No one likes being lied too.

The property is well maintained. Housekeeping clean the apartments twice a week and do a superb job. The staff are very friendly and the security are very professional and friendly.

Nothing. If there were any issues, they were resolved efficiently and effectively.
