They had one competent staff member who was left in a bad situation with no support from his manager. Jeramiah was the only part of my encounter there that was pleasant. He was reasonable but disempowered to do anything about the situation because of a lack of systems (no repairman available to fix the toilet until the next morning)and manager's responsiveness.

To be offered a discount to stay in a room overnight with no toilet is a joke and an insult. I was shocked that the other employee even gave this as an option. When a room is uninhabitable, the customer should not have to wait for a refund. It should be immediate. I spoke to Booking, and they confirmed this with the staff but still told me they needed more information. This makes no sense. If you spoke to the hotel and they confirmed they have no extra rooms and the toilet does not work in my room, my funds should be released immediately. I had to immediately, and thankfully, was able to find accommodations nearby. The $20-30 you save is not worth the lack of service. Besides the toilet, they had a boarded-up elevator that looked like a crime scene, a shower whose grout had red and brown stains, and a stained rug and chair. In a way, I was lucky the toilet was broken because the room was overall gross.

This place exceeded my expectations- it was a nice room once I got passed the less than inspiring lobby - clean tidy room with nice furniture & comfortable big bed

Lighting were only lamps in main room so it was difficult to read instructions on the coffee maker the many lamps was a nice touch but a main light would be good when required - staff were a little sterile lacked enthusiasm on arrival but very professional none the less
