Polite and helpsome receptionist, easy to get keys. Accommodation was affordable and the location fair. If it wasn't because my bedroom had no windows or ventilation, this would have been a close-to-top rating.

Before I go into details about this, let me tell you that I am not a person who easily complains about stuff. This is actually my first time ever in my life to make a complaint in a forum like this. But I feel that highlighting the following issue is my responsibility as a customer and fellow human being, both towards the property owners and future guests. So, my family and I booked an apartment with TWO BEDROOMS, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. But we got something that does not match that description. The room with the bunk bed had NO WINDOWS OR VENTILATION (it was just like a dark storage room with a bunk-bed inside). To my knowledge the Norwegian Planning and Building Act, Plan- og bygningsloven, and building regulations TEK17, stipulate that "a legal bedroom must have a window or other natural light source, approved ventilation via window or mechanical, and an escape route in case of fire, for example a window big enough to be used for escape". The bedroom with the bunkbeds did NOT fulfill any of these legal criteria...
