Good location, prompt response to issues with room

Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. First room was so overpowering smoke smell, it was awful but management changed our room swiftly

The owner was extremely helpful with everything we asked for. The location is excellent. If we visit Krakow again, we will definitely choose this place.

I liked that apartament is nearby center and old town, really easy to go everywhere. Cleanliness was ok. Price was normal.

In the pictures and information was mention that we'll have 2 single beds but we've got double bed. Utilities-bare minimum, even not had pan to cook something. Just one towel. The noise from other rooms was terrible. Floor sounded like old, dead house. Heard every step of neighbours... all doors sounded old, cracked..

A large apartment with big windows and bed, therefore very much confortable. The bathroom had very good conditions, as well as the kitchen. All the commodaties described were present. All the ares were completly clean. The landlord was very kind.

fraud! the photos do not correspond to the apartament! and other small things: two single beds do not replace the declared double bed - you just fall between them; the kettle does not work...
