We enjoyed our stay at Sundawn Radiance Manila Bay's pet-friendly condotel! It was wonderful to find a home that welcomed my dog. The nearby park was ideal for morning walks. Ms. Tina was extremely responsive. Simple to talk to and deal with. She always has an answer for all of my questions. The condotel was tastefully designed and offered a fantastic view of the city. I would highly suggest this establishment to anyone looking for a fantastic spot to stay in Manila Bay.

Peaceful building. Good location; airport 20-30 mins away (depends on the traffic), walking distance to Old City (5 km), some small supermarkets and restaurants close. A/C and WiFi worked well. Small kitchen was enough for me.

When checking in, I had to wait for the host for 30 mins to get the room number and the door code. Normally you can get these in a message before arriving. The security guy, when I checked in, was bit rude. He was "just working there"... He wasn't that good in English either. Other than that security people were good.

I love everything, we were welcomed by the caretaker in the lobby. We were properly instructed of everything inside. The room is clean and comfortable. A bonus is their TV has a netflix, amazon prime, and youtube account, unlike others. The building is also near Lawson and 711 so it's very convenient.

A comfortable place to stay in, fully furnished

The space was very nice. We loved the balcony and the kitchen had what we needed. The staff were all very friendly and the pool was very refreshing. It’s walking distance to places to eat and food marts. The bed was very comfortable and check in was very easy. The shower doesn’t have hot water (very common in the Philippians so we didn’t mind) but just something for ppl to know. The TV has a lot of options but if you don’t have any subscriptions you won’t get much. But that’s a very minor thing and we loved the apartment.

The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable to sit/sleep on and the AC was pretty noisy (personally I don’t mind the noise but others might) Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again :)

The unit was spacious and clean. Close to restaurants and convenience stores.
