Ruhig, nah am Zentrum, sicher, sehr netter Empfang mit vielen Informationen und Vermittlung von privatem Guide zu den Rainbowmountains. Gutes WLAN. funktionierende Waschmaschine, alles sauber, aber einfach eingerichtet, Betten gut. Wir würde wieder hier buchen.

The location and the peaceful setting of the apartment. I was able to walk to the Plaza de Armas and it is 2 blocks from the Urubamba bus stop (Sacred Valley). Alexis was so easy to communicate with.

Great location close to San Blas. Friendly and helpful owner. Nice apartment with 2 bedrooms.

Shower temperature wasn't consistent but that seems to be an issue in most places. Living room furniture was functional but not that comfortable. Overall though it was great.

Reasonable location. Comfortable beds. The host made us coca tea on arrival.

The booking.com rating and guest comments did not reflect the poor standard of the accommodation. Despite a message saying the apartment was ready for our check in, it was still being prepared when we arrived. I understand it is budget but there is no excuse for a dirty apartment. Disgusting old used sponge was provided in the kitchen. Prepare for cold showers. Dirty shower door track and shower tiles. Bathroom light stopped working after day 1. Curtains don’t block out the street lamp outside the apartment. No, I didn’t contact the host about these issues (and other issues I haven’t listed) because it was only a 2 night stay, the problems were obvious, and the host needs to get these things right from the start. I wanted to get out asap.

The accommodation facilities are well-equipped, there is no shortage of cooking, the kitchen utensils and bathroom are old and worn, but the accommodation was comfortable to stay in, the owner is friendly and humble, it is not easy to find accommodation of this quality at this price in Cusco.숙소 시설은

Spacious two-bedroom apartment.

The host didn't clarify in his descriptive ad that if you stay for one night, you can't use his washing machine. Above all, the host's communication was more about his sense of security and protection of his own interests/benefits rather than ensuring his guests' comfort and satisfaction. His way of commanding (telling us what to do during our stay) rather than explaining why and what at first threw us off immediately. You won't also have any city view if he arranges you to stay on the second floor. We don't want ever to come back to his dark two-bedroom apartment.
