"Exceptional"

They deserve better than their current rating on booking. Very quiet, comfy, flexible and just next to the Mekong. Also cosy rooms and good breakfast.

Would need a bit of investment to refurbish some of the facilities to make the hotel even nicer. Improving English would a big plus! :)
