staff was friendly and very helpful ..coming back again ..to visit...

to be honest I won't complain crse I believe what happened was an honest mistake .... for us to use cold water...so I forgave them...and still coming back to the place and I love the staff space is secure and safe....

Poor standard

No air-conditioning, no heater, no extra blankets. Poor condition of the beds. And its winter it was cold hole night couldn't sleep

Nothing

It was not clean, and water was licking service was very poor

Their kitchen, sitting area and beds were in good condition except for the gas heater didn't work

Their one blanket from the other room just needs to be replaced

Not one of the televisions were working. We contacted the staff multiple times but never came back to assist

Owner came to the door both nights. First night was a lack of towels. Only one hand towel provided which was dirty. He brought the cleaning staff and reprimanded her in front of us. Following morning after 7:30 he arrived to bring brand new towels unwashed. Again started complaining about his staff. He was just rude and insensitive.
