It was a spacious house, very cozy and comfortable for me and my family. Everything was perfect there. The owner was also friendly and helpful. Very nice view of Kinta River from the balcony. We just loved it.

"Left within 24 hours due to cleanliness and ants."

Good location, large apartment.

Ants in the bedroom, on the bed, in the fridge, in the lounge area, in the kitchen on the work surfaces, insects on the bathroom sink, broken shower heads, bathrooms not clean, mold on the bathroom tiles and on the ceiling, a list of 24 rules to follow (including no food). The owner offered to send a cleaner the day after our arrival between 10 and 11am. By 11am, the cleaner had not arrived, and we did not feel we could stay there any longer. Ants crawled over my leg as I was sat on a chair waiting. The area where the washing machine was kept was disgusting. Owner did not send check in details until we arrived at the apartment and did not respond to messages sent chasing them through the booking.com message service.
