1- Location opposite the kinta river, suitable for leisure in the evening/night. 2- For dinner it's easy to walk to Miker Food. 3- Spacious apartment, clean environment, suitable for families/group of 6 to 8 pax, easy to deal with the host via whatsapp. Highly recommend.

Unit is very clean. Well furnished. Very comfortable. Good wifi internet. Good View of Ipoh's hills and the Kinta river trail. High floor. Stocked with snacks and drinks at reasonable price that can be purchased, which I found to be a nice touch. There is a also 7-11 downstairs. Location wise, its easy access to downtown.

- There were 2 mothballs placed in the bathroom, but the entire unit smelled so strongly of it. Had to put them in plastic bag for the entire stay. Easy workaround. - Basement for parking was rather low lighting and dirty walls making it look dingy. Should suggest to building management to improve as they plan to charge for parking.

The house is clean, equipped with all basic amenities like water kettle, washing machine, hair dryer and heater. The owner is very responsive, and helpful.

1. Toilets cleanliness to be improved. 2. The shower head in master bathroom good to replace as the water flow is very slow and not able to spread evenly.
