ZAZAWe really loved the location
We left the self catering unit to go out for the day only to come back and found someone was in our unit walking around without us knowing so we thought we had been broken into and being shocked and worried we questioned the person being upset and were told by the management “sorry us wanting to make you happy isn’t making you happy” We also then received a message that was unsettling “we will address this tomorrow” after finding someone unknown in the house we renting with all our person valuables around. Then from that moment on - our power kept going on and off - our internet was off for half our stay from that moment on. It was unsettling and unenjoyable as we felt we were being watched and that everything happening was on purpose from us getting upset that someone was in our rental property without us knowing
ZAZAWell located for access to the Kruger National Park. The properties are not fenced with buck roaming freely giving a bush stay feel. The house is well set out with excellent facilities and appointments. Our hosts were easily contactable and kept us updated.
Marloth Park roads are best suited to raised or 4 wheel drive vehicles which would have been helpful to know before getting there. The main en-suite shower did not have hot water which was not able to be resolved before we left. Having more than 6 of each every day item in the kitchen (mugs, cutlery, plates) would also have been helpful.
