My partner and i just needed somewhere for 1 night, staff were helpful and explained everything where cooking facilities were. even told us where to go to get a meal will definitely stay again.

Awesome and super affordable for a family of 5! Lovely staff, pool, kitchen, great spot. Totally reccomend!!!!!

The price.

Accommodation was dated and worn. The place needs lots of investment. There were cobwebs and insects. Dodgy step out of shower.

Close to paihia/Russell/Waitangi/Kawakawa, but cheaper than central locations! Swimming pool is awesome, kept the kids entertained for hours. Plus all the blow up toys already in there for them. Staff was relaxed and friendly but stayed out of your space. View from the BBQ are and outdoor dinning was awesome! Kitchen facilities had everything you need and a shared fridge for guests to store supplies. Tea and coffee facilities in room great. Shower pressure is amazing even though tank water!

Bugs are a problem but just comes with the location, and bug zapper in each room supplied. (Bring fly/bugspray recommended) We had a power cut while cooking breakfast, but is also common for location and just used bbq to finish it off.

Most of it, My workers complained they woke up with bite, they were sore and it was hot.

Bad vibes from the others staying. It was like people were surprised to see us and didn't want us staying.there. they were not friendly. And it was so hot, the fans were not helping.
