+ Newly built property, with a fully kitted kitchen, furnishing and essentials. + Host was communicative, present at check-in and even assisted us with our car when we had an issue.

- We were looking for a few days away from the city. While the indoors are nice, the photos are incomplete to put it mildly; dishonest to say it frankly. The area around the house is a dump, with a construction container right in front of the main window - zero view, earth excavator in the backyard, building materials and waste strewn all over. Effectively, there is no grass or outdoor space or backyard. It is insincere to hide/disguise this construction wasteland as it looks today; had we known, we would not have booked this place. I have photos to show this.

The accommodation looks brand new and we really enjoyed our 2 nights stay. It has a washing machine (you need to bring own detergent) and dryer for you to do your laundry. Kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen wares and cutleries. Bathroom is super nice and clean. There's a bbq pit outside if you wish to do some bbq. Location is pretty strategic, 40 mins drive to Stockholm city and 1 hour drive to Arlanda airport

No proper table (but its just a small matter)

It's a beautiful and newly built cottage in a very good location in Värmdö. It has two rooms with double beds and one small common area with a double sofa bed in the lower level. The bathroom is in the main living room upstairs. The cottage has a clean and equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook simple meals (there is a stove, an over, pans and pots, a water boiler and a very good coffee machine). The host(s) had left us bed linen and towels which was very convenient.

The only problem (!) with this cottage is that it is actually much nicer that it looks like in the pictures! I would highly recommend the hosts to take better pictures from their property, include the bathroom, the outside porch, the kitchen equipment and other bits and pieces in the pictures, and they can surely attract many more guests to come in future. It's also a good idea to complete the information about the cottage and facilities. For example, we couldn't find out if they provide linen and towels or not, so we brought ours with us, but then, we realized they have left us linen and towels when we arrived.

Brand new, clean, modern, tranquil cottage, lovely easy going hosts.

Nothing that I didn’t like. Window shades missing but will most likely be in before next guest and outdoor area in progress.
