It appears to be a new build, that they haven’t quite completed everything in the room we had. This didn’t interfere with our enjoyment though. They were unable to provide dinner for us, which was disappointing, however there was a hotel about 2 mins drive down the road that accommodated us instead of

It's a ten-minute drive from the town of Kars and is suitable for self-driving tourists. However, the hotel's address was wrongly located. A Turkish uncle helped us contact the hotel staff to pick us up before we could reach the hotel. The room was quite spacious and the view from the balcony was very beautiful. But we checked in late and delayed the waiter's off-duty time. We could sense that he was a little unhappy, but it was also caused by the wrong hotel location. The breakfast was a bit simple and the portion was not large.

Samet is the perfect person you want to greet you when you come to a resort. The room was spacious and had fun amenities like a salt water pool and hot tub. The staff were friendly and the stay was pleasant. Would highly recommend and hope someday to return. Breakfast had good variety.

The gutter is rusty and sharp and water from the roof dripped water into our pool. We forgot to let them know, so I’m sure they can still fix this in room 302 (only happened on morning so not sure of the source). Bed is ok. Cereal was totally stale at breakfast.

Internal noise from other guests during the night eg. Doors having to be slammed to close properly. You could hear people talking and furniture being moved in other rooms. No hot water for shower in the morning

I liked everything
