Super Unterkunft an top Lage

Leider hat der Pool suf dem privaten Rooftop nicht funktioniert.

Notre hôte nous a permis un early check-in et late check-out, super sympa et super accueil!

The apartment was of a decent size and can easily host up to 4 people and more for a dinner party. There is aircon in all the rooms, however the main bedroom remote for the aircon was not working properly and we had to use the other rooms aircon remote control. Drinking water was provided.

Where do i start, the concerns started when we had received no communication from the property regarding the check in details. The host seemed confused at our arrival at the start and gave the impression he was not expecting us at all. This seemed a bit concerning and gave some hints as to how not serious the host is about their listing, which then continued to the state of the property. There seems to be no effort to properly refurbish the apartment to a good standard and feels like you're walking into an industrial space with no love or concern given to unpainted, flakey walls, dusty floor and even broken toilet brushes that were mucky. There is also a case of the listing being inaccurate as you do NOT have private access to a pool. I will make it clear that the apartment does not have a private pool. The apartment is on the ground floor and what looked like a communal pool for the whole building is on the top floor with access only by six flight of stairs as there is no lift in the building. On top of this the pool was unusable throughout the duration of our stay as it was dirty. We were promised that the pool will be cleaned the following day for use but of course this was not done the whole time we stayed there. Upon arrival it is difficult to know whether you are at the right property as there is no signage outside to confirm this and no way to contact the host as there is no reception as such and no way to bell inside. The only way to check-in is by making sure you have roaming / access to internet so you are able to call the host via the number on the listing. Overall i was disappointed by these simple issues and of all the places we stayed on our trip this felt the most not looked after and inaccurate as per the listing.

La ubicación y laa comodidades.

Que no cumplió con la estancia completa, por un “error de booking” según nos dijeron tuvimos que reubicarnos 2 veces en otro alojamiento, nos salió más caro de lo contratado y no fue lo mismo en donde estábamos. El propietarios nos explicó la situación que se le cruzaron las fechas con otros clientes particulares, y tuvimos que nosotros hacernos cargo de algo que no generamos. No fue lo correcto cobrar una diferencia cuando nosotros contratamos 7 días y no se cumplió con la estancia completa. El propietario del alojamiento se preocupó por conseguirnos los 3 días que nos faltaron para completar la estancia, pero ya no fue lo mismo, pérdida de tiempo, y sobre todo pagar una diferencia que NO CORRESPODIA! Tema aparte la malísima atención y posibilidad de solucionar los problemas que tuvimos de Booking. Lamentable servicio. Dejan Mucho que desear. Primero nos canceló(estando en Playa del Carmen) afuera del alojamiento, no nos ofreció alternativa posible y luego esto que relate anteriormente. Lo del calendario de booking que nos hizo cortar nuestra estancia. Areli: había cucarachas.

Die Lage ist super. Sehr nah am öffentlichen Strand sowie auch zu mehreren beach Clubs. Die Stadt mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in unmittelbarer Nähe daher perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gute Größe, waren 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind und hat voll ausgereicht. Wohnung ist super ausgestattet auch bereits mit Salz Öl, da muss man sich sowas schon nicht kaufen. Der Vermieter, der auch in dem Haus wohnt ist super freundlich und sofort erreichbar und zur Hilfe bereit wenn man ihn was fragt. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Der Boden der Wohnung war ziemlich dreckig das man nicht barfuß laufen konnte aber mit Socken merkt man es dann auch nicht nur an den Socken später 🙂. Ansonsten hier und da paar Kleinigkeiten die in die Jahre gekommen sind aber auch zuhause hat man mal was daher nichts was störend war.

Todo muy moderno muy bonito quizás poco funcional el living por lo bajo de los sofá , pero detalle que no afecta la estadía
