Clean and neat

Smelt a bit musty /damp admittedly rained most of the time Very steep and narrow drive closed in by vegetation made for a worry in a high roof van

Neat and tidy .

Unf when I visited over a few days it was quite rainy and the apartment being under the house did have a damp smell everytime I returned in the evening . The drive way was quite steep and narrow and didn't have much clearance for my van , was also a worry being able to get up the drive in a lightly laden van due to wheel spin on a steep and slippery driveway.

The privacy of the accommodation. Just a 4 minutes drive to nearby shops.

Poor signage of the property. Room space is pretty tight.

So help full even washed a shirt for me Its a great place to stay and I will be back loved the garden and the landing walk

Everything! The host is awesome, the grounds are awesome and the room is fantastic!

It Was back off a busy main road but so quiet like being out in the country. You looked out the front windows onto native bush and also had walking tracks through that bush.

nothing to report other than wished we could have stayed longer!!!

Location was very close to where we were going, Loved the garden, and the space,Hot plate on Micro wave

Hot plate on Micro wave, fridge not in kitchen but not too sure just how this could be altered.

Beautiful surroundings, was very private but hosts were always available when we needed. Everything was close by and they gave some amazing recommendations. Would definitely stay here every time we are in Tauranga. It's a home away from home 🥰

Comfy bed. Well equipped kitchenette, spotlessly clean.
