Posizione eccellente, pulizia e conforts non comuni...

It looks just like the pictures It is very central as u can read in the description It has a fully equiped kitchen and heated floor in the kitchen The owner pretended to be genreous and refunded the 3 days I did not spend in the apartment,due to the fact that the 2 days spent there were 31.12 and 1 they were a lit more expensive than the refund.

I spent 244 Euros for 2 days to not be able to sleep and be forced to move with my kid on the 2nd of Jan in a hotel where I had clean quiet rooms and a great breakfast for a smaller price. The pics are nice but through pics u cannot smell the apartment,hear the disturbing noises or notice that the room in which u live is the half of a bigger apartment separated by a simple wooden door from rooms in which other tourists stay. I don t get the positive reviews I just suppose the ppl who write them enjoy loud noises from the street and sqweeky noises every time the wind blows and like their bathroom smelling like a cellar. It s on the 3rd floor,no elevator very difficult to reach with luggage,also dark at night. The windows do not isolate any sounds. The bathroom smells like a sewer. The cleaning team left garbage there and the shower was broken. The owner called on the 31.12 to say sorry for the garbage and on the 1 st of Jan when I complained about the not working shower offered to change it, but by that time my New Years Eve trip was ruined . These things were obvious during cleaning the shower,so someone left a broken shower on purpose there hoping that ppl will ne too drunk on New years eve to notice. They also ask u to check in, on a separate website where you leave all your personal data which I don t get cause it never happened to me before while booking here. The owner did not believe me that there is a loud sound like a window or some wooden thing banging during the day and night (probably because of the Wind but it was.impossible to sleep) They justify everything by the fact that it is an old renovated house which everybody can read in the description. The renovation is for the looks and for the show not for comfort. And there was a nice little bug on my pijama the 2nd morning... I stayed in Timișoara in the old town many times in different apartments in old buildings,I never experiences smth more dissapointing.

Stan je jako prostran, čist i svetao. Nalazi se u centralnoj lokaciji, odmah pored Božićnog bazara. Kuhinja je jako lepo opremljena oma sve što je potrebno.

Mi smo ostali tokom zime i imali smo problem sa grejanjem, sobe je bila hladna dok je klima mogla da je ugreje do 19c° a u kupatilu i kuhinji je bilo 16c°. Host je došao da proveri pritisak i popravi ali radijatori su i dalje bili hladni tako da proverite sa Hostom pre nego što dođete da li grejanje radi. Takođe nismo našli fen u sobi.

Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung, alles direkt unter auf die Straße, leicht zu finden

Für 2 Menschen und 2 Nächte war nur 2 Kapseln Kaffee, aber leider hat Kaffeemaschine auch schlecht funktioniert, die Löffel haben wir so wie anderes Besteck nicht gefunden. Chicken war um 16.00 erst möglich und nach Anfrage 1 Stunde früher einzuchecken kommt überhaupt keine Reaktion, aber um 11.00 Check out am abreisetag wurde schon Tag davor geschrieben, finde ich nicht ganz schön
