Grandeur

Nice and relaxing apartment, centrally located close to everything. Clean, equipped with all you need, comfortable mattress. Everything was great 👍🏼

Super well positioned, on the pedestrian V Alecsandri street, half way between Unirii /Union and Libertatii/Liberty square. A lot of pubs, restaurants, bistros, coffee shops in 2-3 min walking distance. Just 20 m away the famous "Good Morning, Omlette bistro', highly recommended for Breakfast& Brunches (can be crowded at 10:30-11 o clock). Very clean apartment and quite well equipped, even it is questionable if there is a one bedroom apartment, as it is just a very big room and the living (confortable couch) /bedroom is separated by a see through IKEA book shelf. High ceilings, super parquett and doors, freshly renovated. Very good communication with the owner, easy pick up of the keys (locker). Espresso machine and some coffee caps, micro oven, some water bottles and soft drinks in the fridge, some chocolate. Dish washer, heating/warm water by own gas heater and/or AC.

Being on the pedestrian street, sometimes could be noisy, not due traffic, but due to "happy" young people passing by during the night. The flat is on the 3rd floor of an old building (no elevator), the stairs could be difficult for aged people or for some carrying heavy luggage. The facade is renovated, we got a code for the main entrance door, but actually it was largely opened during our whole stay, due to some renovation activities. Actually, looks like the whole building, all apartments are under renovation (except the one we stayed in), but we did not meet any workers. The staircase does not look bad, contrary to the inner court (see attached pics facade, staircase, inner court)-looks like some people are living there in small rooms. For all a.m matters we felt a bit unsafe, same valid for the entrance door the the flat (just one key, old type), the whole thing can change very quickly in few weeks/months, once renovation is completed. However, it did not impact severely our good impression of the flat, being balanced by the positive things.

Everything is at it's best in this apartment. Very spacious, very clean, being fitted with high quality appliances and everything you need for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this apartment.
