Къщата е разположена е центъра на града и беше много лесна за намиране. Стаята бе доста голяма и комфортна, леглото беше удобно. Чистотата също е на ниво.

Основната лампа в стаята не работеше, в гардероба имаше само една закачалка, а в банята също имаше само една голяма хавлия. В инструкциите, които собственикът изпраща, пишеше, че във фоайето има на разположение на гостите за свободна консумация кафе от машина и вода също от машина, но нямаше оставени капсули кафе, вода също нямаше в машината.
